WORDS AT WAR: CLASS 6 INTER CLASS ACTIVITY
An inter-class debate competition was organized for the
students of Cambridge Class 6 on 6th November 2025. The event aimed to enhance
students’ critical thinking, public speaking, and reasoning skills. Debate activities
like this encourage young learners to explore multiple perspectives, develop
confidence in expressing their opinions, and strengthen their ability to use
language effectively.
The topic for the debate was “Is International
Cooperation Worth It?” Students presented their views with great
enthusiasm, discussing the importance of countries working together for peace,
trade, and global progress, while some highlighted the challenges and unequal
benefits that often arise from such cooperation.
The competition was judged by Ms Priyanka Aneja, proud
mother of Arnav Aneja from Class 9, who
appreciated the participants for their well-researched arguments and confident
delivery.
Overall, the debate proved to be a valuable learning
experience, helping students understand the significance of global unity and
the responsibilities that come with it. Activities like these continue to
nurture our learners into thoughtful and informed global citizens.
